CodeKart BD is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
For users between 13 and 18, parental supervision is recommended. Parents who believe their child has provided us with information without consent may contact us to have it removed.
Your data is primarily stored on servers located in Bangladesh, with some backups held with Digital Ocean in Singapore. By using the service, you consent to this storage arrangement and to any necessary international transfers.
When we transfer data internationally (such as through global payment processors or email delivery), we ensure equivalent protections through contractual safeguards and only use providers with strong privacy practices.
