Digital products cannot be "returned", so refunds are limited.
We refund within 7 days of purchase when:
- the product is materially different from its description, or
- it does not work as documented and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or
- the license was never activated on any domain.
We do not refund when:
- you changed your mind or bought the wrong product,
- the product does not fit your hosting (requirements are listed on every product page),
- the license has been activated and files downloaded, except for the reasons above.
To request a refund, email support with your order number. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days, and the license is revoked.
